Who we are

Buch Buys is a Pennsylvania-registered retail business specializing in marketplace distribution. We purchase inventory wholesale or brand-direct, handle our own prep and fulfillment, and sell to end consumers across the major US marketplaces.

We are a retailer, not a broker. We do not drop-ship to other resellers, and we do not list inventory we don't physically control or have committed supply for. Brands work with us because our listings stay accurate, our pricing stays where it's supposed to, and our accounts stay in good standing.

How we protect your brand

Most brands' hesitation about marketplace resellers comes down to pricing, listing quality, and channel control. Here is our written commitment on all three.

• MAP compliance. We hold your minimum advertised price across every channel and will sign a MAP agreement as a condition of the account.
• Authorized channels only. We sell on the marketplaces listed above. We do not divert inventory to other resellers, liquidators, or unauthorized international channels.
• Accurate listings. Your approved copy, images and specs — no altered titles, no invented claims, no bundling without written approval.
• Listing hygiene. We report hijackers, counterfeit listings and MAP violators we find on your ASINs, and can act as a brand-registry-supported seller if useful.
• New product handling. Embargo dates, launch pricing and promotional windows respected as instructed.
• Clean customer experience. Warranty and support questions routed per your policy; returns handled without dumping inventory back into gray channels.
